Basketball and Badminton; any help?

Okay, for my pe theory homework I was supposed to research these, but i’m having trouble finding any information on the web. Anyone know any good websites that include the information I need or just know the answers themselves? Here are the questions:

1) What officials are required to ensure that your sport is played in a fair and safe environment? (e.g. Umpire, scorer, timekeeper)

2) What is the role of each of the officials?

3) [I have this answer for basketball, so I only need it for badminton]
What equipment/uniform is required for the officials to do their job?

4) What qualifications are required to be an official in your chosen sport?

5) What Health and Safety issues do your officials have to consider?

6) Any other issues specific to your chosen sport?

Thanks for helping, if you can’t answer them can you tell me a good website that contains the information I need?

Where can I sell antique sports equipment?

I have 2 tennis racquets (1 Spalding from 1940s, 1 Slazenger from 1950s) & an 1950s Spalding badminton racquet. All have the original wooden head casing & are in great condition.
I would prefer to take them to a shop (Central, East or North London) rather than sell online.
There were my mum & Dads from school, Im moving to a smaller house & would love them to go to someone who will appreciate them.
