Not actually in Japan yet! Happened to spot these spry folks playing a kind of Chinese hacksack in Lake Merritt BART station. Apparently, this is called Jianzi and is played with a kind of shuttlecock.

Sorry for the unclearness of he video.. It was taken in the dark.. Try to imagine what were they doing.. They were juggling a type of shuttlecock called ‘jian zhi’ in chinese..
