Would stoning disobedient children keep our streets safe.?

We have many problem with children in Coventry. They often call my family name. The call my wife shuttlecock and hurl bacon at our windows. My son Junade even got his back two teeth knocked out.
In Iran, Stoning was a way to control children and it works. even your bible says so:
If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother … all the men of the city shall stone him with stones, that he die …. (Dt. 21:18, 21)
