Does anyone have any pictures of a kid’s playground ‘ride’ that was (nick)named ‘The Bobby’s Helmet’?

It was a tall steel tubular pole with a frame (similar to a shuttlecock) ‘balanced’ on the top. This frame had a wooden ledge around the bottom that kids stood on and a handrail part way up. The frame spun but also ‘rocked’. The last time I saw one the frame had been removed – H&S again.
